Termination quote accepted by lockbox is not maintaining the receipt reference
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The expectation is to store the receipt reference on termination quotes when they are getting accepted by a lockbox
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Lease Super User> Accept termination quote by lockbox
2. Termination quote accepted by lockbox is not maintaining the receipt reference
