EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

HSN should not get removed after process claim.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
-----------------------
1. Query Receipt having recoverable taxes in Process claim form
  (N):-  Oracle Financials for India -> Process Recovery
2. Click on Process claim
3. Query the receipt in Receiving transactions summary and open India tax details form
  (N):-  India Local Purchasing/Inventory -> Receiving -> Receiving Transactions Summary
4. Found that HSN code is removed automatically.
