ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax conversion date capturing wrongly at receipt level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax conversion date should comply with the receipt date.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing and create receipt for a PO
2. Navigate to India Tax Details form
3. Observe the tax conversation date is incorrect (different than that at PO level).
