Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, Customers Module
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR --------------------------- Upgraded from Release 12.1.3 to Release 12.2.10 Query up a customer in Receivables Customer Page (Log onto Receivables Responsibility, Navigate: Customers -> Customers -> Query up a customer) Change the Classification information for the customer account Save by clicking the Apply button The page navigates back to the customer Page search page, but the customer account information is not displayed on the page any more
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR ----------------------- Query up a customer in Receivables Customer Page (Log onto Receivables Responsibility, Navigate: Customers -> Customers -> Query up a customer) Change the Classification information for the customer account Save by clicking the Apply button The page navigates back to the customer Page search page, the customer account information should be still displayed on the page as it does in Release 12.1.3
