WIP Jobs Have Resource Transactions But No Resource Transactions are Shown in the View Resource Transactions Screen (Doc ID 2805881.1)

Symptoms

There are many jobs in which resource transactions have been created, as shown in the Applied column on the Quantities tab of the Resource Requirements screen, but which do not display on the View Resource Transactions form.

Steps to See Issue
------------------------
1. Open the View Resource Transactions form (Manufacturing and Distribution Manager > WIP > Resource Transactions > View Resource Transactions)
2. Enter the job number and click Find.
