DATAFIX: Old Orders Show Header Status Booked With Workflow In Book_Eligible Status While All Lines Are Closed (Doc ID 2805977.1)

Symptoms

There are old orders which need to get the header status from "Booked" to "Closed".
Order header is in BOOKED status, but workflow shows BOOK_ELIGIBLE.

Lines are closed and cancelled with line workflow at CLOSE_CONTINUE_HEADER.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect order headers to be closed since all lines are showing as closed.
