On Database version: Oracle Database 12c Enterprise Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production
Unable To Open Self Service Payslip Page for users due to Payslip keep on loading and after sometime (for more than 5 minutes) going into below error:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the user:
2. Go to Employee Self-Service responsibility
3. Access the Payslip function > Choose the Pay Period > Click On Submit
4. It keep on loading and after 3-5 minutes going into error as mentioned below:
504 Gateway Time-out
