WebADI Create Template Erroring With Compile Error: Sub or Function not Defined

Symptoms
Attempting to create a WebADI Excel template, the following Excel error is seen:
compile error
Sub of Function not defined
Due to this error, the template is not created with success so the template cannot be used to upload data.
Steps to recreate the issue (can be seen in any WebADI template, not Journal template specific):
1)Select a General Ledger responsibility.
2)Navigate to Journals -> Journal Wizard.
3) Select the integrator, layout and fill out parameters as needed.
4) Select Create Document, when Excel template is being created the following error is seen:
compile error
