ECC: Location Code Not Populating in XML GateWay Trading Partner Screen When Updated In iProcurement Punchout Content Zone Setup (Doc ID 2806309.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub


Trading Partner Location Code is not populated in XML gateway partner when the code is
saved on content zone Punchout Options.

In an ECC enabled environment, from iProcurement Catalog Administrator responsibility, create/ update
punchout content zone setup, in the sections 'Endeca Punchout Options', on entering
the 'Trading Partner Location Code', users receive the following message:

Your changes to the content zone have been saved.

However when checking in the XML Gateway Trading partner, the location record
is not created.


Expect that the XML Gateway Trading partner shows the Location Code created in iProcurement Punchout
setup section 'Endeca Punchout Options'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement Catalog Administrator Responsibility, Content Zone setup.
2. From the Content Zone setup, attempt to update a Punchout Content Zone.
3. In the section Endeca Punchout Options, enter the value for 'Trading Partner Location Code.
4. Attempt to search for the location code in XML Gateway responsibility and the new location code is not shown.
