Symptoms

CLEF280AVR: CLE:Analytical Vat Report encountered ORA-00907

Testing the latest patch for CLE: VAT Analytical and Recapitulative Statement request group programs and the CLE:Analytical Vat Report is going into error.
 

ERROR

The below error can be seen in the log file of the report

ORA-06510: PL / SQL: Unhandled user-defined exception
ORA-00907: closing parenthesis is missing
ORA-06512: "APPS.CLE_F280_ANA_PKG" at line 172
ORA-06512: at line 4


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create transaction with amount notations as per HU standards where "," is a decimal separator and "." is the thousandth separator.
2. Run the CLE: Analytical VAT Report
3. Error is encountered
