Symptoms

Key Member of the project is unable to view costs from the Expenditure Inquiry (All or Project) form.  Errors with,

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved.

Reproduction Steps:

> Projects responsibility > Expenditures > Expenditure Inquiry > Project or All.

In the Find Project Expenditure Items (Find Expenditure Items using the All path) screen using the Project path, enter the Project Number.  Click the Find button.
