BMCCCI Create Configuration Is Not Copying Item Cross References

Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Configuration Process
When BMCCCI runs to create a new star item, it populates the mtl_cross_references_b table with information, but not the mtl_cross_references_tl table. As a result, the cross reference is not set up correctly and is not usable on documentation such as bill of lading. If you attempt to manually enter the cross reference, an error is generated.
