PJM ECC Full Load Program Errors Out

Symptoms
On : 12.2.10 version, ECC Project Manufacturing
When attempting to run the full load on PJM ECC,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Resp: Perform pre-requisite setups as per PJM User Guide
2. Run the full load on PJM ECC
3. See that it errors out with the above message
