Three Dots Appearing on Pages - How to Hide/Remove Table Actions Menu (Doc ID 2806719.1)

Goal

Several tables throughout R12.2.9 contain a customization menu, accessed by three blue dots in the upper left corner, that allows the end user to hide/show fields. How do we hide/remove this option from our end users?

Example: Log into EBS and view the Worklist Notifications table. In the upper left corner of the table is an example of the three blue dot menu icon being discussed. It contains Refresh, Detach, Columns, Freeze, and Reset.
