While creating order from Order hyperlink on Order Management Form (with Forms Personalization), page on query order takes more than 30/45 mins and once the order details are populated, unable to check the lines tab, others tab and then the form disconnects abruptly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility; Order Management Super User
2. Navigate: Using the Order Management HTML form > Query order takes 30-45 minutes > Go to Lines Tab, Others Tab form disconnects and unable to check the lines
3. form server error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot query Sales Order lines due to error/disconnect in the HTML form.
