R12: AP: Performance Issue in Suppliers Report After Upgrade to 12.2.8 OCI Instance (Doc ID 2806870.1)

After upgrade to R12.2.8 OCI instance when suppliers report was submitted using the below date range :

Date from : 06-AUG-21
Date to : 20-AUG-21
the report completed in 48 mins and report output was huge and could not be copied in browser.

Steps :

Payable Responsibility -->View-->Submit Request -->Select Suppliers Report

This issue occurred after upgrading the instance to 12.2.8 OCI Instance.
