OTL Create Timecard Page Gives Error JBO-30003: The Application Pool Failed to Checkout an Application Module (Doc ID 2806906.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Create Timecard page is not opening, giving below error:

JBO-30003: The application pool (****.apps.hxc.selfservice.timecard.server.TimecardAM) failed to checkout an application module due to the following exception:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: 
oracle.jbo.JboException, msg=JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: 
java.lang.StackOverflowError, msg=null

 

 

Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to custom time entry responsibility
2. Go to Time Entry>Create timecard
3.Same error is thrown using seeded Self Service Time and Expenses responsibility


 

Changes

 Upgrade from 11i to 12.2.10
