Problem Statement
After executing Work Confirmation on iSupplier Portal, the following notification is sent to SYSADMIN.

Error

Error Name = WFENG_ITEM_ATTR
Error Message = 3103: Attribute 'IS_FYI_APPROVER' does not exist for item 'WCAPPRV/XXXXX-YYYYY'.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to Purchasing > Buyer Work Center > Orders > Select a purchase order > Action: Create Work Confirmation
2. Enter required filed and submit Work Confirmation.
3. Login as SYSADMIN, then find the notification titled with "Error in Workflow WCAPPV/XXXXX-XXXXX 3103: Attribute 'IS_FYI_APPROVER' does not exist for item 'WCAPPRV/XXXXX-YYYYY'.
