Inconsistent Serial List LOV For Existing Service Request (Doc ID 2807114.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Serial number search shows different results under LOV(list of values) on existing Service request

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Serial number search should show same LOV results on existing Service request even on requery

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Find Service Requests.
2. Search for SR(Service request) with request type having Asset Maintained flag enabled.
3. Serial LOV shows only few records.
4. Query for SR with request type having Asset Maintained flag disabled which should all Serials under LOV search.
5. Requery first SR with Asset Maintained flag enabled that shows all serials for LOV search with inconsistent results.
