Symptoms

After patch 30456017 is applied, creating additional access results in -

Error Page
Exception Details.
 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01086: savepoint
'WF_DISPATCH_SAVEPOINT' never established in this session or is invalid
ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_EVENT", line 2239

Replication Steps

  iReceivables responsibility and click on the Manage Customer Account Access menu option
  Request access to another customer from here and submit
