On : 12.2.10 version, Transactions Related
Trying to credit a credit memo throws ORA- 01403 no data found.
Error message when the tax amount is 0 ORA- 01403 no data found.
ERROR ----------------------- ORA- 01403 no data found.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Transactions -> Transactions 2. Query Credit memo 3. Menu Action - Credit 4. See the error
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot manage the credit memo.
