STEPS
-----------------------
1) Navigate to India Local Receivables
2) Oracle Receivables > Transactions > Transactions
3) Create the AR Invoice
4) Navigate to tolls > India Tax Details
5) Pass the tax details and save it
6) Try to complete the Transaction
