Failure Of Web Server Bridge Error Processing an IDSM Batch Having 4000+ Lines (Doc ID 2807506.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Indirect Sales Management


Timeout error when processing an  IDSM batch containing data of more than 4000 lines.

ERROR
-----------------------
Failure of Web Server bridge, No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds of idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Navigate to Trade Management User(R) -> Trade Management -> Indirect Sales Management -> Sales Data Upload
2) Query a batch containing lines more than 4000
3) Submit the batch for processing
4) After 10 mins of processing received below error
"Failure of Web Server bridge, No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds of idempotent set to OFF or method not idempotent."
5) Other smaller batches are not having this issue.
