On : 12.2.4 version, Auction/RFx creation

Unable create new RFQ template

In sourcing responsibility, when clicking on Create New RFQ Template the following error message is encontered:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sourcing > Home > Quick Links region > Templates > click RFQ Template link
2. RFQ Template screen appears, click on "Create New RFQ Template" button
3. Error occurs
