FVDACTAMDFN Delete Entire Amount Definition From Data Act Amount Definitions Form Still Keeps Amount Criteria Data in The FV_DACT_AMOUNT_CRITERIA Table
If you delete entire Amount Definition, the criteria still remains in FV_DACT_AMOUNT_CRITERIA table even though FV_DACT_AMOUNT_DEF_LINES has no record for DACT_AMT_DEF_LINE_ID
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When a record is deleted then the related data needs to be deleted from the backend table.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Federal Administrator
2. Delete entire Amount Definition, the criteria
