Error Start Date and End Date are not in Chronological Order is Received during Rebook Validation (Doc ID 2807655.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Lease Authoring

When attempting to perform a revision on a contract that has a terminated asset,
the following error occurs during validation:

Check Effectivity Dates:
Error
Start date and end date are not in chronological order or have invalid values for contract line 1.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease Super User responsibility, take a multi asset DF Lease contract which has one terminated asset.
2. Perform a revision of type Change in Start Date.
3. Update the header start date.
4. Update the start and end date of all fees and services on the contract.
5. Proceed with activation process.
6. Validation step errors with the above for the terminated asset.
