Error APP-FND-01048 When Trying to Change WIP Parameter 'Recompute Required Quantity' to None (Doc ID 2807669.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to change Recompute Required Quantity to 'None' under Material tab of the WIP Parameters form, the following error occurs.

ERROR

APP-FND-01048: Use of this combination restricted by WHERE clause ' ( NVL(EFFECTIVE_DATE, SYSDATE) <= SYSDATE+1AND NVL(DISABLE_DATE, SYSDATE+1) > SYSDATE ) '.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Go to Setup -> Parameters.
3. Click on Material tab.
4. Try to change Recompute Required Quantity to 'None'.
5. Receive the aforementioned error.
