ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Post upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10, Global Flexfield field labels weren't translated in Order Management(OM) Sales order GDF Form from English to Brazil (Portuguese Language) when logged in as Brazil user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------
Global Flexfield field (GDF) labels should be translated in sales order GDF Form from English to Brazil (Portuguese Language) when logged in as Brazil user.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE
---------------
1. Create Sales order
(N):- Order Management Responsibility of Brasil -> Orders -> Order Entry
2. Navigate to GDF Additional Information for Brasil on Sales order.
3. Observe that few attributes are appearing in English.
