WIP Move Transactions Form Hangs (Doc ID 2807935.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The WIP Move Transactions form freezes when users enter data and try to save the form.
The issue only exists in Production and happens for all users. Can't confirm if the issue happens for ALL jobs but none have worked so far.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The WIP Move Transactions form should be saved without any issues.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work In Process.
2. Navigation: Move Transactions > Move Transactions.
3. After entering data and trying to save the form it freezes. No error is shown.
