Master Items Form Takes A Long Time To Move From One Tab To Another

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Master Items form
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When moving from tab to tab in the Item Master form (Main to tab Inventory to tab Bill of Material then tab Asset Management.. until tab Process Manufacturing) it is taking a long time, maybe about 5-7 seconds.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to go from tab to tab in about 1-2 seconds
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation : Inventory > Items -> Master Items > Try to switch to a different tab to review item information
2. Applied patch from this <Note 2467429.1> - Items Form INVIDITM Performance Problem , still performance did not change
3. Tried gather statistics and collected trace showed below statements taking a long time
