Symptoms

IN EBS 12.x Environment,

Actual Behavior
-------------------------
Web ADI templates are not working post HTTPS changes.

Application doesn't download any new templates and not able to upload any existing saved templates.

Error: 'navCancelContainer' is undefined
URL: res://ieframe.dll/httpErrorPagesScripts.js

Following is shown in the first field of the excel spreadsheet. URL Used in the below comment is : http://hostname.com:443/OA_HTML instead of https://hostname.com:443/OA_HTML


Expected Behavior
-------------------------------
Web ADI templates should be able to be accessed/used successfully.

Steps to reproduce
--------------------------
1. Navigate to GL Superuser

2. Select Journal : Launch - Journal wizard

3. Select Functional Actuals - Single template
