EGO_USER_ATTRS_BULK_PVT.Bulk_Load_User_Attrs_Data ORA-00957: Duplicate Column Name (Doc ID 2808327.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Web ADI flows

User has created display format for Stores updates with Web ADI functionality.
But after submitting the concurrent requests its triggered RRS Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program completed with warning.
When User checked the log file, there they can find below error message.

EGO_USER_ATTRS_BULK_PVT.Bulk_Load_User_Attrs_Data ORA-00957: duplicate column name

Unable to access LOV while creating the display format.

Executing - EGO_USER_ATTRS_BULK_PVT.Bulk_Load_User_Attrs_Data ORA-00957: duplicate column name

Steps:
---------------------
1. Nav: Site Management User
2. Site Management User > Sites >
3. Click Create > Select Create a Spreadsheet for Site Import
4. Continue populating fields.
5. Submit and Program will run, RRS Spreadsheet Java Concurrent Program
