AutoCreate Final Assembly Order ORA-06550 Wrong Number Or Types Of Arguments CREATE_JOBS (Doc ID 2808342.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Assemble/Configure to Order

When attempting to Run Autocreate Final Assembly Order Program, the following error occurs.

We have applied the following patches to fix a problem but running the concurrent "AutoCreate Final Assembly Orders" from WIP gives the following error:
ORACLE error 6550 in FDPSTP

The patches applied have been:
- Patch.29421877:R12.BOM.C. included in Doc ID 2720335.1.
- Patch 20317057:R12.ONT.B.

In addition, we have found the following note that seems to fix the problem but indicates the application of a patch for version 12.2.8:
- Doc ID 2617350.1)

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'CREATE_JOBS'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Work in Process
2. WIP - > Discrete - > Autocreate Orders
3. Submit the Program
4. Check the Log file.
5. See the aforementioned error message.
