Symptoms

After applying <Patch 32467690>:R12.WSH.C, API WSH_TRIP_STOPS_PUB.CREATE_UPDATE_STOP stopped working.
Trip Stops are not getting created and the following error occurs:

Weight or Volume UOM cannot be cleared if a value already exists.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run API WSH_TRIP_STOPS_PUB.CREATE_UPDATE_STOP to create trip stop
2. See error
