Reschedule Functionality From Schedule Orders Program (Doc ID 2808459.1)

In Schedule Orders program,  there are below 2 options to reschedule the SO line,
 - Reschedule using Request Date
 - Reschedule using warehouse, schedule date

When user run schedule orders program with any of above option, it just either copies the request date or schedule date. It doesn't reschedule based on the availability.

Why is that?

Also how to take care of below scenario/requirement?

If user manually schedule sales order line (Override ATP), what will be the impact on already scheduled orders ?
Should re-scheduling (via Schedule Orders program) change the schedule on already scheduled orders if the considerable supply is pegged by manually scheduled (ATP Override) SO line ?
