ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Not able to create Service request(SR) from Mobile Field Service (MFS) client application without entering urgency field


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to create Service request(SR) from Mobile Field Service (MFS) client application without entering urgency field

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Creating Service request(SR) from Mobile Field Service (MFS) client application.
2. While creating SR Urgencies details not entered and saved.
3. SR is getting created with urgency value null  and showing deferred message for Publication Item : CSM_INCIDENTS_ALL
