Why Document of Records(DOR) Update icon is Disabled for few Users for the approved/confirmed transactions.

Steps

1. Login as Employee Self Service Responsibility

2. Navigate to Document of Records

3. In the launched page we can see few records are in disabled state and not allowed to update the record
