The Concurrent Request Log Displays Credit Card Numbers
The output log file for the Create Settlement Batches concurrent program is displaying Credit Card Numbers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect credit card numbers not to be displayed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as the Funds Capture Process Manager responsibility
Choose to submit the Create Settlement Batches concurrent program
View the log output file for this concurrent request and see the full credit card numbers are displayed.
NOTE: Only users that have access to this concurrent request log output can see the credit card numbers.
