Additional Contact Relationship details should be  shown under personal Information - Create Dependents

 

Steps:

  1. Log into application using "Employee Self Service" responsibility

  2. Navigate to Personal Information

  3.  Dependents And Beneficiaries

  4.  Click on "Add"

  5. Additional Contact Relationship details segments are not shown
