When attempting to cancel PO the following error occurs.

APP-PO-14056: User Exit #PO_REQUEST_ACTION returned error


STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing responsibility
2. Query the PO in Purchase order Summary form
3. Click on Tools --> cancel.
4. Find that the cancel action does not complete and the above error occurs.
