When attempting to book the Logistics lines for a service order, the following error occurs:

There are no charges eligible for submission to Oracle Order Management for this service request.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair responsibility and create service order in Service Order form.
2. Book the logistics lines.
