Payroll Run errors with following error after applying Patch 33697780

ETNAME Tax Information
APP-PAY-51119: Error was encountered when processing Element Type Tax Information zzz

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax on Leave Payment on Termination

Example:
An employee was terminated on 18th June with below seeded elements:
# Annual Leave on Termination
# Long Service Leave on Termination
# ETP on Termination

When the final quickpay was run, different results were observed between payment 30th June and 20th July. While the earnings were same for these two dates, the deductions were incorrect.

Deduction on Payment date=30-06-2021
==========================
Termination Leave Deduction = $10188


Deduction on Payment date=20-07-2021
==========================
Termination Leave Deduction = $5148
Tax Deduction = $17004


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax Deduction should be zero for both the scenarios.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to AU HRMS Manager
2. Terminate employee
3. Run Quickpay on 30-06-2021
4. Run Quickpay on 20-07-2021

5. Compare SOE for both periods
