Some Elements Are Not Importing When Running 'PSP: Import Payroll Transactions from HRMS' Process (Doc ID 2808901.1)

Symptoms

When checking the output of the PSP: Reconciliation between payroll lines and sublines process, it is found that costing for some elements were not imported into Labor Distribution when the PSP: Import Payroll Transactions from HRMS concurrent process was run.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) From HRMS Manager responsibility (or equivalent), Navigate: Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request

     a. Run Costing concurrent process
     b. Run Costing Detail Report get costing results.

2) From Labor Distribution responsibility, Navigate: Processes and Reports > Run > Single Request

    a. Run PSP: Import Payroll Transactions from HRMS.
    b. Run PSP: Reconciliation between payroll lines and sublines process

3) Compare the reconciliation report against the costing report and find some elements did not get imported to Labor Distribution
