Symptoms

Scheduled Run of Process Lockboxes (SRS) with Recalculate Parameters = Yes gets cancelled with below error:

ERROR
-----------------------

Resubmission of request XXXXXXXX has been cancelled.
FND_RESUB_PRIVATE.PROCESS_INCREMENT EXCEPTION: ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small



Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables
Navigation:      Control > Requests > Run > Single Request > Run Process Lockboxes (SRS)

1. Enter parameters and click OK
2. Click on Schedule > Run: Periodically,  Increment date parameter each run = Yes, Recalculate Parameters = Yes
3. Click OK and submit the program
