When attempting to install the Publisher Desktop Utility, the ribbon does not appear in Microsoft Office 365 toolbar.

1. Download BI Publisher patch from download site.

2. Install patch on PC.

3. Take default settings for installation.

4. Finish.

5. Open Microsoft Word.

6. No ribbon appears in the toolbar.
