CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report is missing few assets that are reported on core RXi Fixed Assets Register Report.

Expected that CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report is in sync with core RXi Fixed Assets Register Report.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
In Oracle Assets, from (N) Other>Requests>Run, Single Request
1. Run CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report
2. Run RXi: Reserve Ledger Report.
3. Run RXi Fixed Assets Register Report.
4. Some assets are reported on above RXi reports are missing in CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot get completed CLE: Fixed Asset Register Report for full asset reporting.
