Symptoms

In Funds Capture Process Manager > Home > Authorizations, when opening authorization details it fails with error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Responsibility: Funds Capture Process Manager > Home > Authorizations
2. Open one authorization record
3. Authorization detail fails with error
