ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Late Interest invoice was created to Lessee (Customer) by the late payment of contract obligation which was invoiced to Lease vendor

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Late Interest invoice should not get created to Lessee (Customer) by the late payment of contract obligation which was invoiced to Lease vendor
 
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Contract and Book it
2) Terminate or Expiry the contract and generate the Lease vendor invoice
3. Create Invoice for the lease vendor
4) Run Billing
5) Late interest invoice getting generated for the Lessee:
