ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After end-dating a user that was present on the Approval History page for an approved RFQ, the Performed By field does not display the approver's name. However, all the other fields still retain the information (e.g., Time, Action, and Note.)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After end-dating a user that was present on the Approval History page for an approved RFQ, the Performed By field continues to display the approver's name.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Sourcing Super User responsibility.
2. Search for an approved RFQ.
3. View Approval History and note the approvers.
4. Navigate to the System Administrator > Security > User > Define form.
5. Search for the approver and end-date the user.
6. Return to the same RFQ and note that the approver is no longer listed in the Approval History.
When the user's end date is removed, the Performed By field remains null.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot determine the end-dated approver, which causes confusion on the part of the user.
