Accepting a Partial Termination Quote errors with "Your request cannot be processed because the contract XXXXXXX has an asset relocation transaction in progress" (Doc ID 2809399.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Asset Management

When attempting to accept a partial termination on a contract where another asset on the same contract has a location change requested in Lease Center,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Your request cannot be processed because the contract XXXXXXX has an asset relocation transaction in progress.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Lease Super user responsibility, author a lease contract with multi assets.
2. Book, Bill and accrue the contract.
3. Create a partial termination quote without purchase to terminate Asset A on this contract.
4. Process the termination quote to completion and make sure the asset A is terminated.
5. Navigate to Lease center and Go to Assets tab.
6. On terminated Asset A, click on Location.
7. Enter a New location and a date and Save.
8. Click on Process Location, then click ok and receive the following message:
APP-OKL-429401: Update of assets cannot be performed against the current status of the contract.
9. Click ok and status of the request is Processed Location
10. Click on Approve and receive the following errors:
APP-OKL-429401: Update of assets cannot be performed against the current status of the contract.
then
APP-OKL-442544: Asset Location change transaction approved successfully.
11. Navigate to Lease Super User and create a new partial termination quote to terminate Asset B.
12. After approving the quote, click on Accept and receive the following error:
Your request cannot be processed because the contract XXXXXXX has an asset relocation transaction in progress.
